This page is a memorial to our President, Caroll Amos Gann. Caroll was a founding member of our department, and passed away in 1999.
Since 1999, each year in his memory the Kansas Talbott Volunteer Fire Department gives a scholarship to one graduating Senior of Jefferson County High School.
