                                09-19-2006 - Lifting Assistance with Medic 6

                                At 3:57pm Kansas Talbott responded to a lifting assistance call on Mansfield Gap Rd

                                for JCEMS MEDIC 6.

 

                                09-19-2006 - Fire Alarm on E. Dumplin V

                                At 5:01pm Kansas Talbott responded to a fire alarm on E. Dumplin Valley Rd.

                                Engine 886 was canceled enroute because of a false alarm.

 

                                09-23-2006 - Lighting Strike house on N. Chucky Pike

                                At 3:54pm Kansas Talbott Engine 886 responded to a residence on N. Chucky Pike.

                                Home owners reported that lightining had struck the house.  After a thorough inspection,

                                the house was determined to be in a safe condition suffering minimal damage to internal

                                appliances.

 

                                09-26-2006 - MVA with Injury on Valley Home Rd

                                At 4:22am Kansas Talbott Rescue 882, Engine 886, and Utility 884 responded to an

                                MVA with injury on Valley Home Rd.  Kansas Talbott was assisted by the Jefferson

                                County Rescue Squad in getting the patient out of the vechicle.

 

                                09-29-2006 - MVA with Injury on N. Chucky Pike @ Quarles Rd

                                At 5:25pm Kansas Talbott Rescue 882, Engine 886 and Command 884 responded to an

                                MVA with injury on N. Chucky Pike at Quarles Rd.
